Terms of Service

Service Requiring Cars, Van or Full size van.

Special One hour delivery:  One hour delivery is available at special rate. By email or telephone # 416 845 1329

Direct Service: The freight will be picked up and delivered within 90mins after the order is placed.

Rush Service: The freight will be picked up and delivered within 21/2 hours after the order is placed.

Express Service: The freight will be picked up and delivered on the same day by 4pm provided that the order is placed before 12pm.

Overnight Service: The freight will be picked up and delivered by 4pm the next day. The order must be placed before 2:30pm and must be ready for pick-up at the same time of placing the order.

Cancellation: Freight can be cancel within 15 minutes order placed  at no charge. $15.00 charge After first 15 minute  for cancel placed order for car, van and 5 tons truck is $35.00 or more base on distance.

Additional Charges:

• Waiting time ( after the first 15 minutes – each additional 15 minutes is $10.00 & $36.00 for one hour.
• Labour charge (hand bombing , loading/unloading- $36.00 per hour.
• Fuel surcharge ( ask for the current rate.)
• Dangerous Goods $15.00

Service Requiring 5 Ton Trucks:  

Direct Services: The freight will be picked up and delivered within 2 hours after the order is placed.

Rush Services: The freight will be picked up and delivered within 4 hours after the order is placed.

Express / Same day Services: The freight will be picked up and delivered on the same day by 4pm provided that the order is placed before 12pm

Overnight Services: The freight will be picked up and delivered by 4pm the next business day. The order must be placed before 2:30pm and must be ready for pick-up at the time for placing the order.

Notes: Any delivery, or loads  that will requires half or more space of  car, van,truck  as determined by Am Plus Services Inc.,(Agent,  management, other.) and must be placed on Direct service.

OUT OF TOWN DELIVERY:  Any out of town delivery up to 250km is $1.15 per km, over 250km is $1.35km per km. Base charge of $40.00 apply Distance calculate with Google maps.

After hours/Weekend deliveries: Any delivery schedule for after 5pm-8am, and weekend is considered as direct service charge of 1:5 rate .
